I offer guidance on a healthy, balanced way of eating and drinking in combination with an exercise regime. I may ask clients to use a food diary so that we can see their patterns of eating, areas of weakness and where steps can be taken and motivation given to improve their dietary intake to achieve goals such as reduction in body fat percentage, improved energy levels, clearer skin, better digestion, etc, and maintaining this state.
