Terms and conditions
All sessions, solo or shared, are to be booked in advance.
A minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation is required to avoid being fully charged for your session, i.e. if your session is booked for 9am, please notify your cancellation BEFORE 9am the previous day.
Single sessions are payable in full in advance of, or at the time of, each session.
Blocks of 5 sessions are payable in full in advance of each block (and will receive the block-booking discount as per price listing).
Late payment is not acceptable and may result in losing a regular slot.
If a client is sharing a ‘one to two’ lesson and is unable to attend this booked lesson giving less than 24 hours notice of cancellation, they will be fully charged for their half of the lesson fee.
Clients are advised to keep a record of all sessions taken or cancelled to prevent confusion at the time of invoicing.
All sales are final and non-refundable.
All lessons/treatments are offered by us subject to availability.
EXPIRATION Block of 5 sessions to be used within 6 weeks from the date of the first session in that block and are not refundable if not used in full.
WAIVER It is your sole responsibility to check with your doctor or medical practitioner about your suitability for our classes/sessions and to obtain his/her written consent where necessary.
While we take every care to ensure safe practice, there are inherent risks in any exercise programme or treatment therapy and we accept no liability whatsoever for any injury or illness incurred through our classes/therapies (except as a result of our negligence) or by your failure to notify us of any existing health problems or special needs.
Please arrive on time and ready for your class in order to gain the full benefits within your booked time slot, which includes the appropriate warm-up time to help with the avoidance of injury or, for therapies, to receive your full treatment.
