My name is Diana West and I am a highly qualified fitness professional, having worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years. My training techniques encompass all aspects of holistic fitness and well-being. These include:

Advanced Personal Trainer and Master Pilates Teacher

Having won a sports scholarship to Millfield School in my formative years, I graduated and followed my leaning towards the sciences to study Diagnostic Radiography at St Bartholemew’s Hospital in London. I became a qualified radiographer and after several years of experience became a Senior 1 Radiographer based at St George’s Hospital, Tooting, London.

In tandem with my paramedical career, I decided to retrain in my original interest of sports and fitness and have become highly qualified and experienced in many methods in the last 20+ years.

As my personal training business grew, my career in radiography naturally tailed off and today I am running my new Pilates studio alongside my existing business in London and Surrey for my long-standing, loyal clients. I have trained with a variety of respected fitness and well-being institutions, including:

I am an advanced personal trainer and Master Pilates teacher and a member of the Body Control Pilates Association (BCPA), the Zero Balancing Association (ZBA UK) and the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS). I attend regular ongoing training workshops.

I work on a one-to-one or one-to-two personal basis (or occasionally small group classes if requested – please enquire for details) and tailor each individual’s needs within a specific programme to reach their fitness and well-being goals.

This may require traditional, tried and trusted personal training and body conditioning methods, with the added benefits that massage/Reiki/ZB/relaxation or mind focus techniques can offer. This holistic approach will steadily aid exercise progression session by session and enhance each client’s sense of achievement and well-being. Personal exercise and holistic based therapy, advice and exercise programming is the fastest and most enjoyable way to achieve your goals safely and effectively while enjoying these benefits in your personally focused (and enjoyable) lessons.
